Albert J was available sooner than the Deacon. Ordered the Albert J instead... Took delivery of Albert J today. Woohoo!

My Linksys WRT54GL runs Tomato firmware. Current uptime is 300 days, and still no sign of quitting. Great combination of hard- and software. 

A man's plug!

Ahh my FiiO iPod line out adapter. After having butchered its iPod connector to remove a connection between two pins that caused nasty pops and clicks, I now butchered the 3.5mm jack plug... Long story short, a bad connection resulted in a loss of right channel audio. It now sports a heavy duty plug. A man's plug!

While I was at it I removed two unused conductors from the cable which should make it a bit more flexible.

Albert J plays hard to get. Ordered a Deacon instead. The nerd thing still applies.
